  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 1/3 Cup Beef Bacon
  • 2 medium white Onion
  • 800 g Barilla Spaghetti Pasta
  • 1 1/2 Cup Italian Sausage
  • 3/4 Cup Mushrooms
  • 350 grams of ground Beef
  • 1200 grams Barilla Napoletana Sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 300 grams of Cream Cheese
  • 4 Cups Heavey whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoon butter Unsalted
  • 2 1/4 Cup Fresh whole Milk
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
  • Once boiling, add the Barilla Spaghetti Pasta and cook it according to the package instructions until it reaches the perfect al dente texture.
  • Once done, drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to halt the cooking process. Set it aside for later use.
  • Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté until they turn translucent and fragrant.
  • Next, add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until it's nicely browned and crumbled. Then, toss in the Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, and beef bacon, and cook for an additional few minutes until they're slightly softened and aromatic.
  • Pour in the luscious Barilla Napoletana Sauce, and season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Let the sauce simmer gently for about 8-10 minutes, allowing all the flavors to meld together beautifully.
  • In a separate saucepan, melt unsalted butter until it transforms into a golden brown hue. Once golden, add in the cream cheese and stir until it's completely melted and smooth. Gradually pour in the fresh milk and heavy whipping cream, whisking continuously to create a velvety base.
  • To elevate the flavors, sprinkle in some sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, McCormick Italian Seasoning, and a dash of crushed red pepper flakes for a subtle kick.
  • Then, incorporate the grated Parmesan Cheese and Happy Belly Cheddar Cheese, stirring until they melt into the luxurious sauce.
  • Allow the sauce to simmer gently for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to the desired consistency.
  • Now, it's time to bring everything together. Toss the cooked spaghetti noodles generously in the prepared white sauce until they're fully coated and infused with creamy goodness. Then, ladle the flavorful Napoletana sauce mixture on top of the pasta, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
  • For a final touch of freshness and aroma, scatter some torn fresh basil leaves over the top of the pasta.
  • Plate up your Cheesecake Factory-inspired Pasta Napoletana with pride, and serve it hot to your eager diners. With every forkful, they'll experience the delightful harmony of savory meats, tangy tomato sauce, and creamy cheese sauce, all melded together in a symphony of flavors.
  • Sit back, relax, and relish in the joy of sharing this homemade culinary masterpiece with your loved ones!
