- 2 cups of egg noodles prepared per package instructions and drained
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt adjust to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
