Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup 61 g Pizza Sauce - You can use store-bought or homemade pizza sauce, depending on your preference.
  • 1 sheet Frozen Puff Pastry - Make sure to thaw it according to the package directions to ensure proper baking.
  • 6-8 oz 170 g Mozzarella Cheese - You can use sliced mozzarella cheese or freshly grated mozzarella for a melty and cheesy topping.
  • 1 large Egg - This will be beaten with 1 tablespoon of Water and used to brush the puff pastry for a golden and glossy finish.
  • Fresh Basil Leaves - Torn for a fresh and fragrant touch
  • Baby Bella Cremini Mushrooms - Sliced
  • Black Olives - Sliced
  • Red Onions - Sliced
  • Green Peppers - Sliced into strips
  • Red Pepper Flakes - For those who like a little heat
  • Baby Spinach
  • Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese - Grated for an extra burst of flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven. Set the temperature to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to heat up while you prepare the pizza.
  • Roll out the puff pastry. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet into a rectangle or square shape, depending on your preference for the pizza's size.
  • Brush the puff pastry with the beaten egg. This will give the pizza a beautiful golden color when baked.
