Boil the San Giorgio lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the pasta sauce to the skillet with the cooked ground beef, followed by the water. Stir well to combine and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Begin assembling the lasagna by spreading a thin layer of the meat sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Place a layer of San Giorgio lasagna noodles on top, followed by a layer of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a final layer of cheese.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Once cooked, allow the lasagna to rest for a few minutes before serving. This will make it easier to cut and serve neat portions.
