Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds or 1 kg of beef ribs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 spoons of vegetable oil you can use sunflower or canola oil.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 cloves of garlic that have been minced
  • Chili powder as much as 1 tablespoon
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the vegetable oil, minced garlic, orange juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, dried oregano, ground black pepper, and salt. Mix all the ingredients well until they form a marinade.
  • Place the beef ribs in the marinade, ensuring that all the ribs are well coated with the spices. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the ribs soak in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the spices to penetrate the meat and enhance its flavor.
  • If using a wooden board, soak it in water for an hour to prevent it from burning on the grill. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or a temperature of around 350-400°F (175-200°C).
  • Remove the marinated ribs from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature. This helps the meat cook evenly on the grill.
  • Before preheating the grill, remove the ribs from the marinade and shake off any excess liquid.
  • Place the ribs directly on the preheated grill or on the soaked wooden board. Grill the ribs for about 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness and have a nice charred exterior.
  • Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve the Tablitas hot, garnished with lime wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
